We require a 2-hour delivery window. We will work with you to arrange a delivery time that works for you. Our trucks are on the road from 4 AM to 12 PM, 7 days per week.

Your very first order should be set up with Customer Service, and after your account is established, you can call in your order to Customer Service Monday thru Friday from 8 AM – 3 PM and Saturday, Sunday & Holidays from 8 AM – 12 PM at 212-462-2038, e-mail at customerservice@amysbread.com or fax us at 718-786-8274.

We do not use any artificial trans fats in our breads.

We will confirm receipt of your email message within business hours, 7 days a week. If you choose to fax an order to us we ask that you please call to confirm that we have received your fax. The fax number is 718-786-8274. Please keep in mind that orders must be placed 48 hours in advance. If we receive your order after hours it is not guaranteed that you will get what you need but we will do our best to accommodate you.

Amy’s Bread bakes and delivers 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Our customer service representatives work every day as well.

Each order must be a minimum of $30 per delivery.

Amy’s Bread Wholesale delivers to Manhattan below 125th Street. We also deliver to Brooklyn areas such as Park Slope, Fort Green, Dumbo, Brooklyn Heights, Carroll Gardens and Williamsburg. We have distributors who cover areas of Long Island, New Jersey and lower Connecticut.
