Amy's Bread at Chalsty's Café opened at the Museum of the City of New York in November 2017.

The café is located on the 2nd Floor at the top of the Museum's grand staircase in the Marble Court. The seating area is filled with natural light and the design follows a striking, black and white aesthetic that complements the historic marble of the museum's public spaces with an underlying modern geometry.

Our menu features breakfast pastries, scones, muffins, sticky buns, croissants, biscuits, bars, and cookies.  In the morning we offer a selection of breakfast sandwiches, quiche, bagels, rolls, and twists.  At lunch stop in and try our wide variety of sandwiches, many of them grilled.  We have excellent hot coffee and espresso beverages as well as a variety of cold beverages. Offerings change seasonally, see our menu.
