New York City’s
Neighborhood Bakery

We are celebrating 32 years since our opening in Hell’s Kitchen in 1992! Our many types of bread are made with the best quality ingredients and always with unbleached and unbromated flour, and locally sourced wheat and rye flours. Every loaf is shaped by hand! We also feature delicious sandwiches made on Amy’s Bread, pastries and sweets, plus fantastic cakes for every special occasion!

“An anchor of NYC’s bread-baking scene, Amy’s Bread opened in Hell’s Kitchen in 1992 and remains a go-to for artisan breads made with flour that’s good for you (i.e., not bleached and bromated): from white to wheat and rye in baguettes, sourdough boules, Pullman loaves, and more. Today there are six spots to pick up bread, pastries, cakes, and other treats.”
