Japan Bread and Cake Newspaper
Amy's Bread comes to Fukuoka, Japan 2005
Amy was invited to work with bakers at
Ryoyu Breads in Fukuoka to introduce "New York Breads" to the
Japanese customers. Amy spent 5 days training a group of bakers to mix,
shape and bake a wide variety of breads and morning pastries. The bakers
were such good students that by day #5, their baked goods looked as beautiful
as any baked in New York City.
